These Terms of Use govern access to and use of KitaMatch PH, including its quiz, recommendations, checkout, payment flow, accounts, and paid Starter Kits (such as Digital Products, Freelancing & Online Services, Affiliate Marketing, Online Selling / Reselling, Physical Products / Maker Business, and Content Creator). In these terms, “KitaMatch PH,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the KitaMatch PH service.

In plain terms

KitaMatch sells digital Starter Kits — step-by-step educational content, not a guarantee of income or success. The free Guides are included at no charge. Pay once, get access, and use it for yourself. This summary is just a quick orientation — the full terms below are what actually govern your use of KitaMatch.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using KitaMatch PH, you agree to these Terms of Use. Before paying, you will be asked to explicitly acknowledge these terms and our Refund and Access Resolution Policy at checkout.

2. Description of the service

KitaMatch PH provides a side-hustle matching quiz, educational recommendations, Starter Kits, free Guides, and related digital content.

3. Eligibility and legal capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into this transaction, or use KitaMatch PH with the appropriate involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Quiz results and recommendations

Your quiz result is based on the answers you provide. It is an educational recommendation, not a guarantee of suitability or success. You remain responsible for evaluating your own circumstances before acting on it.

5. Starter Kits

Each Starter Kit provides educational structure, step-by-step instructions, and fill-in templates for that path. It is not financial, legal, tax, investment, employment, or other professional advice.

6. No earnings guarantee

KitaMatch PH does not guarantee income, sales, clients, employment, profit, demand, or business success. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, skills, market demand, product quality, pricing, platform policies, customer behavior, expenses, competition, and applicable legal and tax requirements.

7. Payments

  • Each Starter Kit is a one-time payment at the price displayed for it at checkout.
  • PayMongo processes payments using the QRPh payment method.
  • Generating a QR code does not, by itself, constitute a successful payment.
  • Access unlocks only after payment confirmation has been verified.
  • You must provide an accurate email address, since access and support are tied to it.
  • You are responsible for checking the amount shown before paying.
  • Our Refund and Access Resolution Policy forms part of these terms.

8. Digital access

Access is provided after payment confirmation is received and successfully matched to your checkout. This normally happens automatically and promptly, but confirmation timing can depend on your bank, e-wallet, or PayMongo, so we do not guarantee instant access in every case.

9. Refund and access resolution

Requests for refunds, corrections, or access issues are handled under our Refund and Access Resolution Policy.

10. Accounts and security

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Maintaining access to your checkout email, since sign-in uses a one-time code sent there
  • Protecting your access to that email account
  • Not sharing your paid access with others

KitaMatch PH will never ask for your MPIN, one-time password, banking password, or complete payment credentials.

11. Personal-use license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use each Starter Kit you purchase for your own personal purposes. You may keep reasonable personal working copies (for example, your saved answers and filled-in templates) as needed to complete that Starter Kit.

12. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Resell paid content
  • Publicly redistribute or republish substantial portions of the content
  • Share your account access with others
  • Scrape the service
  • Circumvent payment or access controls
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the service
  • Interfere with the service's operation
  • Use the service unlawfully

13. Intellectual property

KitaMatch PH retains rights in its original branding, interface content, Starter Kits, Guides, and templates, subject to any applicable third-party rights. We do not claim ownership of product ideas or work you create merely because you used the Starter Kit.

14. Third-party services and links

KitaMatch PH may reference or link to third-party platforms (for example, marketplaces, creative tools, or AI assistants you might use to build your side hustle). These platforms have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control. Mentioning a platform does not imply that it endorses or is affiliated with KitaMatch PH.

15. Availability and changes

We may update, correct, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. If a change would remove access you already purchased, we will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with our Refund and Access Resolution Policy.

16. Disclaimers

KitaMatch PH is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not disclaim any obligation or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

17. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KitaMatch PH's liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any obligation that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Philippines.

19. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and we will provide additional notice of material changes when appropriate.
